This handsome former farmhouse dates back to the 18th century. Located on the side of a picturesque valley about a mile south east of Abberley village in Worcestershire with Bewdley and Stourport our closest towns and the City of Worcester only half an hour away.

Set in well maintained extensive grounds with direct access through our woodland onto the Worcestershire Way we are popular with those looking for a walking break or a quiet rural retreat rich in wildlife. Always a warm and friendly welcome.

Local attractions include the West Midlands Safari Park, Severn Valley Railway, the Wyre Forest, the rivers Severn and Teme and of course locally Witley Court and Church ('Britain's finest Baroque church').

From its elevated position, the house enjoys a stunning panoramic view across to the Wyre Forest and the Clee hills beyond.

Rates & Rooms - £35 single, £55 double (with private bathroom); £60 ensuite, with additional family beds available in adjoining room; longer stay rates negotiable.

Payment - Payment by cheque or cash please, or credit/debit card via PayPal (just send me your email address).

Children - welcome with prior discussion. Sorry, no pets.

Room & Refreshments - The bedrooms have TV (Freeview channels in the Ensuite), with tea and coffee provided in all rooms. Also, access to wireless broadband is now available.

Breakfast - A delicious full English Breakfast is served; please discuss any particular requirements when booking.

Bookings/Availability - Please telephone or email; a letter of booking confirmation will be sent including directions.

Arrival/Departure Times - Generally, arrival after 4pm and depart by 10:30am, but please let us know your plans and requirements.

Parking - off road.

No-smoking - We are a no-smoking establishment, but you are welcome to smoke outside and enjoy the view.

Evening Meals - Excellent evening meals are available at a number of local pubs, hotels and restaurants, the closest being 1 mile away in Abberley Village, the Manor Arms. The two other local pubs serving food are the Dog Inn at Dunley and the Bell at Pensax, both within a couple of miles. The two local hotels providing meals are the Hundred House in Great Witley and the prestigious Elms Hotel just outside Abberley.
